Mahua Waterfall
This is perhaps one of those entries where the photos are able to do much more justice to a place than any amount of rambling could ever hope to achieve. So, let’s let the photos do all the talking for this one.
Mahua Waterfall is located about one and a half hours drive from KK. Below is a map from KK to reach the sideroad (on the left) which will bring you to the waterfall, from this point it’s a further 6km drive on this small sideroad to get to the waterfall.

Shepa: OK jer la… Jalan tar tapi ada la lubang2 sini sana tapi kereta biasa boleh pegi… In fact masa kami pegi ni diorang tgh bina mcm chalet & dewan besar kat entrance tu so kalau dah siap tu harap2 jalan pun diorang repair la mana2 yang patut

Shepa: Yup – it’s along the same road towards Tambunan & about 20 minutes after passing the Kipandi Butterfly Park on your right
hai..finally last weekend we went to mahua ..mmg cantik… walaupun hujan pun ..kami redah jugak.. have u been to padas river?
Shepa: Planning to go to Mahua again tapi dunno bila la sempat nak pegi lagi… Padas on the to-do list for whitewater rafting nanti some day
